City trips are a growing market and are moving from the well known and well visited cultural capitals towards trips to smaller destinations.

Airline company’s will expand their business by 35%, mainly by adding more city trip destinations and by introducing new routes.
By expanding their network and increasing the number of flights from regional airports, airline companies continue their strategy of growth. Last season, Citytrip bookings were already very successful with a substantial increase of almost 30%.
